About the Host
Alex “Ace” Charafeddine
Acez Academy was founded by Alex “Ace” Charafeddine with one goal in mind: create a training platform to turn loan officers, at any level in their career, into money making machines.
Ace started his mortgage sales career at Rocket Mortgage and quickly climbed the ranks, consistently becoming a top earner. After winning every sales award possible, Ace started getting requests from mortgage sales teams all over the country asking for help training their loan officers. That’s when Ace started consulting, training loan officers how to close more deals and team leaders how to lead with confidence.
After a while people started asking him why he didn’t have his own brokerage, so in 2024, Ace opened Takers Brokerage and is now running one of the most successful mortgage loan sales teams in the country.
