Ace is the founder of Acez Academy and a mortgage sales leader who built his career from the ground up. Early on, he questioned whether selling mortgage loans was legitimate or just another hustle where the salesperson was the mark. That perspective changed when he earned his first $20,000 commission check after three months in the business and realized the opportunity was real for those willing to master the craft.

Over the next decade, Ace rose to become the top producer at Rocket Mortgage, advanced into director-level leadership roles, and developed a reputation for building high-performing sales teams. He later transitioned into consulting, helping brokerages across the country refine their sales process, strengthen accountability, and increase production.

Today, Ace owns and operates his own brokerage while leading Acez Academy, where he teaches loan officers how to control the conversation, structure their pipeline, and close consistently in any market. His approach is grounded in firsthand experience, disciplined systems, and the belief that with the right training and execution, mortgage professionals can build both financial success and the lifestyle they set out to create.
