You have taught me to appreciate the routine and rely on it to make sure I accomplish my goals every day. When I started taking this more seriously, it was evident in how much I accomplished each day. When I go to work nowadays, I feel alive. I am focused before I walk into the office and I have goals that I want to check off. None of that could have been possible had I not met you and was inspired by the energy you bring to the workplace every day.

Planning my day, printing my calendar, and holding myself accountable has allowed me to do more in my life professionally and personally. When it comes to sales, you are the master of that space. The "sauce" provided to every taker is still one of the best sales teachings I have ever encountered. It forces the salesperson to have a solution-focused mindset during the call and really dig deep on the why behind the client's intentions, which we all know is how you close. Fearless Leader! those around you should be proud to have you in their corner.

ACE is all about breaking bad habits and if you have habits make sure they are the right habits. We shouldn't be cutting corners in life to find short-term success. I think that habits tie into rituals in a way because it is true when he says "the way we do one thing is how we do everything." Making your good habits part of your rituals ensures a great and successful lifestyle.

Over my years with ACE I have not only been able to transform my business and sales to the next level, but I have also been able to change my life. He's not your regular motivator. ACE preaches his practice daily but more than that, he's on the frontline operating his own machine. From morning texts at 4 and 5 AM showing me his workouts and meditation, to his efficiency schedule. I mean, the man really knows how to be in five places at once executing on everything he plans. With his different formulas and best practices, I've found ways to not only go from being at the bottom, then reach the highest levels in my company from a sales perspective, but to better communicate in all relationships, business, and personal.

I've gained much more confidence and I believe ACE's practices take more of an innovative approach at inspiring his students to be more so driven rather than motivated while also maintaining a generous pace of motivation. That way the train never stops moving.
